As an Operations Officer at BetterWayz Consultancy, you will play a multifaceted role, combining business development initiatives with administrative responsibilities to support the efficient operation and growth of the organization. You will be instrumental in driving business expansion, managing client relationships, and overseeing administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage existing network of agents and support with identifying potential partners.

  • To provide training to agents, counsellors and develop training material as and when required. 

  • Coordinating with agents and Universities for completing contractual process.

  • Organising and managing meetings with partners and applicants.

  • Support and manage application submission and documentation for applicants.

  • To deliver personalised follow up through all channels – including telephone, email and social media to all enquirers from recruitment events to an agreed timescale, maximising the opportunity to convert.

  • Assist the team in attending in-country and virtual recruitment events, as and when required.

  • To research external scholarships applicable to relevant markets and to ensure that enquirers and applicants are effectively signposted to access these opportunities.

  • Regularly prepare reports on partner’s performance.

  • To support with international travels to participate and organize student recruitment events as and when required.

  • Oversee administrative functions such as office management, supply procurement, and vendor coordination.

  • Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, including emails, memos, and reports.

  • Process client invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements in a timely manner.

  • Support in academic partnerships and industry collaborations to expand student recruitment channels.
